Method
1. Cut cottage cheese into a medium-sized diamond, heat enough oil in a bowl, roll a cheese-diamond in a tablespoon of vinegar, and the edges begin to stop brown until it gets deep frozen in medium heat.

Ingredients for kadai  Gravy paneer Recipe

250 grams of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cubed
2 medium sized onions
4-5 large tomatoes
1 medium sized green belly pepper / capsicum
2 green sugar
~ 2 inch ginger, grated
Garlic 5-6 cloves
1/2 cup cream
1 tablespoon powder (coriander powder)
2 teaspoons of red sugar powder
1/2 teaspoon hot spices
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (green)
2 teaspoons Kasuri Methi (dry leaves of dry leaves)
2 teaspoon salt, or taste
1/2 cup fried brace

Step By Step Instructions for Kadai Paneer Gravy Recipe

1.Hot ghee / butter or oil is a pine (wok) or a pan. Paste ginger, garlic and green  pepper. Add them to pan and fries for a minute.

2.Cut off well or make a mash of pans and add them to the pan. Fry them for 4-5 minute until they become translucent or golden brown.
3.Make a puree of tomatoes and add them to the pan. When the tomatoes go to raw aroma, cook the mixture for 5-6 minutes.
4.Add Dhania Powder, Turmeric Powder (Haldi), Red Chili Powder and Garam Masala to the gravy.
5.Cut slices or capsicums. Add to their gravy and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6.According to the taste, add 3/4 cup water to adjust the consistency along with salt. Then add 1/2 cup cream to the gravy.
7.Add Dry Cashew Fryer. Then add the paneer cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes.

8.Add coriander leaves to garnish.and the gravy  is ready, serve it hot with Roti or Naan .

INGREDIENTS FOR MASALA PANEER MASALA


1.1 cup Pantee (Indian cheese), diced
2.4 tablespoons butter, cubes
3.5 medium tomato, rounded
4.1 green hot pepper, cut into 1-inch thick pieces
5.1 tablespoon of green ginger
6.8 cloves of garlic, peeled
7.2 cinnamon sticks about 1 inch long
8.½ cup of sour cream
9. 2 hours L. Coriander seeds
10. 2 hours L. Red pepper chili
11.2 tsp. dusty mass storage
12.1 tsp. Salt


How to make Paneer Butter Masala Step by Step

1.Heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
2.Once the butter is hot, add cloves, black cardamom and green cardamom.
   Fry for a few seconds.
3.Add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add chopped tomato, ginger, garlic and green chilli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5.Now add cashew nuts and cook for another minute.
6.Grind the onion tomato mixture in a grinder to make a smooth paste.
7.Heat the remaining 3 tbsp butter in the same pan
8.Add the ground masala in the pan. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder,
   Kashmiri red chilli powder, tomato puree and salt.
9.Now add paneer cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add more water if required.
10.Add garam masala powder, fresh cream, honey and kasuri methi. Cook for
another minute.

Paneer Tikka is a Indian dish made of spices and grilled tandoor.
I have already shared the gravy version of healthy recipe and i would like to share the dry
version in more economical way i.e on tawa Certainly it is a clay oven or tandoor in paneer tikka.
But this recipe is for those who want to crave Being a huge fan of paneer recipes and tikka recipes,
I prepare this way quite often.I even tried to cough up in a typical oven baking oven. However, due to the sweetness of my breasts,
I always go back to my own head.I've used the homemade piano part for this recipe and I'm sure it's tough to prepare it. Because pano
can separate it during marine and grilling. Alternatively, you can use the Panar Purchase Shop and

  10. ¼ teaspoon of Ajwain / Carom seeds
  11. 2 teaspoons basin / grams dried in grams
  12. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  13. Salted
  14. 3 tablespoons oil.



Vegetables:
  • ½ onions petals
  • ½ capsicum red & green, cubed
  • 5 cubes paneer / cottage cheese


Instructions
1. First, take ½ cup thick curd / yogurt.
2. Further add all the spices together with the salt.
3. Stir until all the spices go well with cheese.
4.Now add ½ onion, ½ cube petals paprika (red and green) and 5 blocks paneer.
5.Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
6.mix gently until all the vegetables are well coated.
7.In addition, pickling, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
8.After marinating, put the marinated paneer, peppers and onions in a wooden skewers.
